Melissa has lived in Houston for 12 years and is a single foster parent. She works as a Physical Therapist at Bloom for All and enjoys teaching children how to move and explore their world.

She has been an active member of Seven Mile Road since its inception, serving in various roles, including House Church Shepherd, Discipler, and volunteering on the KIDS team and the prayer team. Melissa has a passion for deep conversations, building friendships, and walking alongside women.

Melissa grew up in a small town in Texas before attending Texas Tech University for college, where she pursued a degree in physical therapy. She has been living in Houston since 2011 and has spent her career working in pediatrics. Melissa worked for 11 years at Shriners Children's Hospital before opening her own private practice. She enjoys quality time with friends, baking, going on walks, and snow skiing.
