Anna is the proud wife of Joel Frederick. They met here at Seven Mile Road after being asked to lead a house church together during the pandemic. Anna has been attending Seven Mile Road for six years and has consistently found encouragement in its gospel-centered message and focus on Jesus.

Anna grew up on the east coast in a pastor's family with four siblings. She attended nursing school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and spent a year doing ministry with the parachurch organization Navigators after college. In 2013, she moved to Houston to be closer to her brother and to advance her career in the Texas Medical Center, where she formed lifelong friendships that have kept her there. Anna currently works as a nurse at Houston Methodist Hospital in the intensive care unit, where she helps lead the team and encourages her colleagues.

Anna loves to spend time with Joel visiting national parks, watching baseball, and hosting friends and family for dinner. She is excited to see what the Lord has in store for the Kalos team this year!
